Shipping items to Zambia

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! to all who have collected, sewn, assembled, washed, sorted, packed and STORED supplies for us to send to Zambia! The time has finally come to get ready for our shipment. We really appreciate your patience as you've cluttered up your garages and living rooms and anywhere else you've stuck a box or a bag of needed supplies as we awaited the opportunity to ship.

Here are the next steps:

1. Download the attached PDF, complete it and return to us via snail mail at 125 E Main St #402, American Fork, UT 84003, or email at maryh@motherswithoutborders.org
   We would like to have all these lists in by end of June so we can determine the amount shipping space that will be needed.
2. On the form you will find a space that asks you for the best time and means to contact you. This is very important as someone will be contacting you to arrange a time for you to deliver your items to us in Utah County.
   Also download the pdf of the inventory and packing form if you don't already have them, make one copy for each box you will be sending us.
3. During the month of July we will go over all the forms that are sent in and begin making a schedule for delivery of items. At this time we will send you packing instructions if you don't already have them.
4. During the month of August we will contact you to arrange a time for you to deliver or ship your items to us and give you an address and driving directions where needed.
5. September/October we will complete packing, inventory and palletizing the boxes and send the shipment!
